Painting by Numbers Kits for 4 - 8 Year Olds

I would love to have a black and white, paint by number location that the players helped fill in (either individually or cooperatively) until it was a full colour street. I imagine it either as an instanced space like the Eesti Life Catalogue where i can have all kinds of paint by number painting fun, or an entire region or hub that takes a lot of effort in the vein of a street building project.

Either way, in order to do the painting there could be a number of requirements...

Perhaps you have to find the hidden pots of paint;
Perhaps you have to grind loads of ore and spices into the right colour pigments;
Perhaps you have to add meat to make the PIGments;

and so on.
